The Blooming Desert

Storm and I reached a compromise regarding our OHV (off highway vehicle) adventures. According to our agreement, I try very hard to enjoy the scenery while ignoring the rock climbing so Storm can enjoy.  For Storm’s part of the deal, he has agreed to stop quickly and let me take a photo whenever I see a new flower.  This plan works great in the Springtime, as there are almost as many beautiful flowers blooming now as there are rocks to climb.  Yes our progress is slow, but we learned that OHVers measure progress in hours per mile not miles per hour so we are totally aligned with this philosophy. While I work on preparing more posts from our rides, here are a few flowers from our recent rides for you to enjoy.
