Taking the 1880 Train

I spent an unnatural amount of time this week watching the Hurricane Flo attack on NC as presented by The Weather Channel.  Therefore, this 1880 Train post will be brief.

I am heartsick at the flood damage done to New Bern.  This exquisite town and the many kind friends that we made there last winter are so special to me.  All my YouTube videos start with a clip of the peaceful Neuse River in New Bern because I so enjoyed our stay there.  Storm and I hope that all of our NC friends remain safe.  We look forward to seeing you all high and dry in the Fall.

Riding the 1880 Train

The 1880 Train between Hill City and Keystone has finally worked its way to the top of our Spearfish adventure list.  We climb aboard and sit back for an hour long afternoon ride through the Black Hills.  Join Sunny in the following video for a glimpse into our railroad fun.
