Since this last Monday, stardate January 120, 2019, I have resolved to embrace the weather. Whatever nature throws my way will now be my fondest desire. Having made this commitment, I immediately find myself challenged to make the most of the 13″ of snow that descends heavily upon us on Monday night. I build a snow ice fisherman in accordance with my new weather goals. While crafting my snowman, I accidentally make the local news. Check out this link and watch the video. Near the end, you will see my 15 seconds (more or less) of fame.
Dear friend, the blogs that you and Stormy take the time to put out are priceless to those of us stuck at home. But you should REALLY think about writing a BOOK of all the places and put your blog in them. Not only would you be camping mostly FREE you would make a hansom fee doing it. ;>) And what, pray tell, is wrong with that. Glad you resolved to deal with the weather, something you cannot do anything about anyway. Not sure what is worse, sitting in your RV looking at all the pretty white wonderland, or being here in NC with 90+ temps. Right now I think I would trade with ya. :>)) Take care and remember the Veterans that made this weekend possible for us all. GOD BLESS

Thanks for the encouragement! I do think about writing a book all of the time, but I just have not worked out how to start (the plague of many would be writers). Hopefully one day I will work it out. I have gotten a lot of offers to trade weather from NC, but it is getting nice here now so I reckon we will stay 🙂
You can’t make this stuff up!! A snowman next to your RV!!
I hope you see spring again??. Stay warm?.

Finally Spring has appeared this weekend! Hope you guys are well. Happy Summer!
” I have resolved to embrace the weather.”
Say it isn’t so, the woman who could turn storm shredded skies into balmy sunshine while riding the most daring twisties on the planet is giving up!
You need to get out of that Motorhome and back on a bike so you can regain your mojo!
On another note glad to see your enjoying the great outdoors 🙂
So sorry to let you down… seemed more important to control it when I only had a few days of vacation that could be ruined by bad weather. Now I can just wait until a pretty day and carry on 🙂 Definitely enjoying the outdoors when I can get out there!!
