Sunday Driving on Highway of Legends

After our exciting Saturday night adventure, we elect for a more tranquil use of our free Sunday.  The three of us pile in the Jeep and head for the scenic ride across part of Colorado’s Highway of Legends.  For lunch, we dine on the patio of the Dog Bar and Grill in Cuchara.  After some scrumptious waffle sweet potato fries there, we divert across Cordova Pass to circle back to the ranch.

Really pretty out there. Guess your still out in the middle of nowhere and loving every minute of it. You said 3 of you, and you only mention you and Charlie, who was the 3rd person. Thanks for the note and I am sure there are some places in the states that would be glad for you to get some of the rain that they have had this week. :>) Take care, hope to see ya soon. GOD BLESS

Monte is our third person – we are still staying with him at his ranch. They are predicting a fair chance of rain today, maybe we will get our wish!

  2. Loving the ridealongs with you two. Keep ’em coming. Stay Safe,
