Hibernia State Park

I haven’t returned to Hibernia State Park on Kerr Lake since my parents last took me camping there when I was a teenager.  What a pleasant surprise to find that this heavily wooded campground on Kerr Lake is still there as beautiful as ever and with the senior discount a water/electric site is a great bargain.  We moved the RV there on a sunny Autumn day and found that during the week at this time of year the park is nearly deserted.  We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful serenity of our lakeside campsite.  I also took time to explore the well marked trails through the woods and to take a few photos of this lovely park.
